77pt Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 77pt online gaming website, including all subpages, services, mobile interfaces, and applications made available at 77pt.cam.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User upon successful completion of the 77pt registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by 77pt, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and any other product made available from time to time.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held within a User's 77pt account, whether deposited by the User or credited by 77pt as a bonus or promotional award.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a User must bet before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of 77pt Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under relevant Philippine legislation and PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 77pt or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities, nor may you be an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any court, regulatory, or voluntary exclusion order at the time of registration.

77pt reserves the right to demand documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated period will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to open an account, and 77pt actively employs age-verification procedures to enforce this requirement.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access 77pt Services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration form accurately and truthfully. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete at the time of submission.
• You will promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are registering for your own personal use and will not allow any third party to use your account, credentials, or funds.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 77pt or any affiliated platform.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and will accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Each individual may maintain only one active account with 77pt. The creation of multiple accounts - whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or payment method - constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 77pt reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers and bonuses, and withhold any funds therein pending review.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 77pt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77pt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank, among others. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are processed instantly for supported e-wallet methods. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the issuing institution.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• All funds deposited must originate from payment instruments legally registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will trigger a compliance review.
• Withdrawals may only be processed after successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• 77pt targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval, subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing times. 77pt shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.
• 77pt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method, and source of funds declarations.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any Member initiating an unauthorized chargeback will have their account suspended, outstanding winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 77pt may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 77pt reserves the right to withhold bonus offers from Members whose betting patterns suggest professional wagering, arbitrage, or systematic bonus exploitation.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 35x (thirty-five times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games, live casino, and certain other products may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. In the event of conflicting bonus claims, 77pt will apply the most recently accepted offer unless otherwise agreed.
• Maximum winnings from free spin bonuses may be capped as detailed in the individual promotion. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal.
• 77pt reserves the right to alter, discontinue, or withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Members.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or falsely representing affiliation with a person or entity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 77pt.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other means of IP address manipulation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from any portion of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77pt staff or other Members through any communication channel.

7. Responsible Gaming

77pt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Members with tools to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Define the maximum continuous play duration per session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your net gaming balance during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your 77pt account. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the chosen exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 77pt. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The 77pt Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 77pt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77pt shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 77pt was advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

77pt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account with 77pt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. 11. Amendments to These Terms

77pt reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Most account and transaction queries are resolved satisfactorily through our customer support channels within 2-5 business days. 77pt is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution for all Filipino Members.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77pt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
